Our artisan-made Jewellery is individually inspected and approved by Sarah Zel Chescoe after production and also prior to delivery to our customers to ensure our high standard of quality is consistent.

Goods sold are non-refundable. Exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind.

Please ensure that you follow our Care Instructions on our website to ensure your Jewellery’s longevity.

Refunds, repairs or replacements will only be issued in the case of manufacturing faults, however please note this does not include general wear and tear. We will assess on a case by case basis. If a piece shows signs of improper care, or is damaged in a way resulting from something other than normal wear, we reserve the right to reject the return.

If the product is received faulty, notify us within 2 days of receiving your order & include a clear photo of the fault, a description of the fault & also proof of purchase. The faulty item must be received back within 7 business days of the purchase date to be replaced, repaired or refunded. Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. The item must also be returned in original condition with packaging & unworn.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for the loss of products being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method with signature on deliver.

We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and Legislation.

Please Note: Items purchased through our independent Stockists must be returned directly to the stockist.
